today, i went to the ndp show @ marina bay. When i reached there, i settled into my seat and placed the national day bag on the floor.
soon, the show begun. believe it or not, the host for the ndp was none other than the host for the deal or no deal show, adrian!!! at first, there was the playing of past national day songs. after that, huge ball were passed from the back of the crowd to the front. then, there was the march where the army, civil defence and the uniformed groups marched into the centre of the stage into the shape of "ndp 08".then came the national anthem and the apache attack helicopters bearing the national flag and the fighter jets peforming. this year, two of the jets formed a heart shape, which was cool. there was also the presidential salute. at the endthere was the magnificent firework display.
I feel that is show is rather boring as compared to last year's ndp.
